Family Christmas at my house...

Got a call from my ma yesterday asking if we could do Christmas at my house. Of course we said yes, but now I have to do some very fast and thorough cleaning. I'm not complaining, however, since I've been whining about the mess but lacking the exact motivation to do something about it. Nothing quite like having the whole family over to make me want to clean, heh.

Wonder if I should tell my sibs they can bring their dogs over. Guess it'll depend on how cold it is. If it's nice, then the dogs can hang out in the back yard. Otherwise, having three dogs, all of 'em over 90 pounds, in my little house could make for an interesting day. Especially since my dog is already Taltos Underfoot... I'll give it a little more thought after my house is clean.

There really isn't much going on. Just the normal Christmas craziness.

Hopefully you can convince Candy that if you're doing both jobs, especially the new one, she should give you the corresponding pay increase for the added responsibility. :-/

yeah, it's not fair to you to have your responsibility increased with a new position *and* be still doing Lit, with no idea when another person will come in for the other job, that you'll have to train them for too. You need more money. More money is good. :)
