New Edwardian Patterns.... Critique, please!

Friends! I just heard on Steam Ingenious that Butterick has just released two new Edwardian patterns. One of them reminds me of Jen's Hooverette dress (even though it's quite a bit earlier, hah!), the other is a suit.

What do y'all think about them?

I like them too! There are some nitpicky things about the way they are made up that look more modern to me, but they have really great bones. I especially like the suit. Put a high-necked blouse under it and tweak the collar a little and it would be rockin!

Excellent! "Great bones" is good enough for me! Plus with the tips from fancyfrocks, I can tweak things a bit. I won't be out of place for any Edwardian events we do/go to. ^_~ I love the top one, since it's always so hot here. It'd be nice to have at least one winter-ish and one hot weather dress.
