Shakespeare in the park

Hm.... Matt just reminded me that it's that time of year again. I am really looking forward to this season!
They're doing Romeo and Juliet and Love's Labor's Lost this summer, and then Macbeth in the fall. I don't think I've ever seen Love's Labor's Lost. Or even read it, for that matter. Very cool. Plus I bought a picnic kit last year and have been itching to use it. It's very nice, with settings for four - with some pretty, high quality plastic goblets and everything.
I'm also very, very tempted to have a regency gown of some sort ready by then.... It starts in two and a half weeks.... Dressing up and sitting in the grass having a picnic and watching Shakespeare sounds like a ton of fun.

Date: 2007-06-08 04:03 pm (UTC)I agree, I love the layout of the Columbus convention center (lots of food choices IN the con center, even a store to buy smokes at! whee!) and the surrounding area SO MUCH better than Indy. And the pad thai you can get at the North Market rocks my socks. Even though it's unlikely that I'll be @ Origins, I'm still going to try my best to weasel my way down there if the oppourtunity arrises. ;)
