Hi! I asked fancyfrocks, who knows a HUGE amount about this period. These patterns are incredibly good! Here's the specific low-down:
6093 dates 1912-1914. She said lose the belt, which makes it look more 1960s. And the dickey is a 1940s thing; just sew a triangle insert. Other than that, it's great! Super nitpicky suggestions: Changing the angle of the shoulder seam to go from the current spot on the neck to about 1" behind the shoulder. And instead of princess darts in the skirt, moving that shaping to the side seams, and/or gathering the back skirt slightly. But really only someone who knows a HUGE amount about specific construction would know that, so really, do it and be happy! (Just leave off the giant synthetic swathes of lace.) She was particularly happy to see this pattern, because it's a common style but not one that has many patterns for.
6108: Due to the combination of big-collar jacket and slim-looking skirt, this is pretty much exactly 1912. Again, lose the dickey; this is a suit, so would be worn with a full blouse. Also, the shoulder line is a little too broad and defined; so leave off the shoulder pad. If you're really ambitious, move in the armhole slightly (definitely less than 1") and adjust the sleeve head if/as needed.
Hope that helps! As far as I'm concerned, these look great and I can't wait to see what you do. :D
