An update, of sorts...
Jul. 15th, 2004 05:11 pmIt's hard to write updates when you feel like it's just life as usual...
Work is busy, as always. I'm still updating some of the prices in our accounting database, but nothing quite as urgent or pressing as last week. I'm prepping all the spreadsheets first, then I'll go over them with the webmaster before I actually enter them in the database, since that is the final step, and the most time consuming one if I need to make further changes. This time next week, it should all be ironed out. All of it. Yay!
I cooked all evening Monday, because a woman at our church just had a baby and it was my turn to make dinner for her and her family. This is why I hate to cook. It takes too long. The sad thing is it is almost worth the result. I made Eggplant Parmiggiana. Oh super yummy! It is one of my favorite dishes and my specialty, I think. I cook it in the southern Italian style. To date, no Italian restaraunt has replicated it for me as I remember it being cooked while I was there (a Bari) and learned how to do it.
Matt pouted when I removed it from our home.
It smelled sooooo good.
Tuesday Matt had to go to bed early, so he canceled the Ravenloft game. He left for Austin on Wednesday morning around 4:30am to talk to a company there who may be doing our 3d printing for us, if all works well.
Wednesday was just as exciting. Matt went to bed early because he was beat, and I watched Around the World in 80 Days, the 1959 one. I love that movie, heh.
Hm. Tonight I should pay bills...
My life is so interesting. ^_~
